Things happen day to day.
Through it all I still bend my knees and pray.
All the hurt, all the pain
But there’s strength I have yet to gain.
What I feel inside I still have to figure out
Sooner or later it’s bound to come about.
The things I hear
The things I see
Are forbidden to get inside me.
With the strength I have from the one above
He who can truly love.
Who can make all my worries go away.
And wake me up for another day.
