Hiding the tears of yesterday,
The pain within if I could only hide,
don't look deep in my deep blue yes,
for it is there I truely did die,

Don't look to close,
you may find a tear I left behind,
I will be fine,
I do okay,
I can pretend that things are fine,

But if you look real close,
There may still be a peace of hope,
But maybe I won't be able to find it,
For I wouldn't know where to look,

I cry when i am all alone,
I sit in the corner of my world,
Afraid to let you in,
and yet afraid to be alone,

How I long for peace and happiness,
How I long for a friend,
Someone who knows me well enough,
someone who will not leave,

So don't look,
just turn the other way,
For I am not worth the room I take up,
So I will just sit here and Hide,
In the corner of my world.
