To all those that have hated and looked down their nose
I’m saying this honestly not knowing where it goes
You hate me for my wrongs and my weakness
Never to approve of my strength’s or meekness
Although I have never done you any harm
You daydream of the poison through my arm
Yes mistakes I have made my share
But holier than thou if you dare
You see worthy I’m not will I admit
But your sin equals mine true and legit
You see the difference of you and me
My sins in my eyes for me to see
Jesus died for all of us and not just me
Hanging from the cross He was meant to be
Father forgive them they know not what they do
This still speaks today of us all me and you
Pointing from my dirty back yard is where I stand
You ask me to pluck the splinter and give you a hand
Unable to see your dirty laundry for the log in your eye
So I’m asking today the judgment of me why
