I walk for miles and ad yet I find no rest
This anguish, it tears my heart from my chest
The devil always wants to torment and rob
But I guess he's only doing

There has to be evil so there can be good
To me, that's how its all understood
Sometimes I dont know just what to say
But I know I must keep pressing my way

God in Heaven , this is my time of need
These wounds from the past still continue to bleed
Discouraging voices try to lead me astray
So I need your guidance to show me the way

Lord let not my spirit be grieved
Keep my mind sharp so I wont be decieved
These trials and tests are taking their toll
God keep me strong until I reach my goal

I know the enemy will always be there
But I also know that I'm under your care
Hr will never test me beyond what I can withstand
And I know he can never tear me from your hand
