Matthew 2:11

Maybe we can look at it this way; since we can't give Jesus Himself tangible gifts today, we still know that we are the body of Christ so we are in a sense, giving gifts to Jesus when we give gifts to each other. Be sure that your gifts reflect that sentiment. If you think that your gift to someone would in any way be used in an un-Christian-like manner, please reconsider your selection for two reasons. For your own sake because you don't want to be responsible and for the receiver's sake because you don't want their soul to be led astray.
