Wacky Cake
3 cups of flour
⅓ cup cocoa
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of hot water
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. vinegar
¾ cups oil
Mix all ingredients into a 9x13 baking pan. Stir/mix well and bake at 350° F for 30-40 minutes.
