3 Ingredient Cheeseball

This cheeseball is so easy and tastes great. The hardest part is mixing ingredients.

2 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
2 cups finely shredded cheddar cheese
1 package Hidden Valley ranch dressing (dry mix)

Mix all ingredients together with a potato masher. (This mixes it thoroughly.)
Let chill 2 hours then roll into a ball. (Chilling allows it to firm up or you can try rolling before you chill.)
Roll in pecans if you like.
Serve with crackers. (We chose to serve it with different kinds of crackers at my son's wedding.)
Refrigerate leftovers (if there are any).

This recipe can be doubled easily.

Refrigerate leftovers (if there are any).

Craisins Fruitball

This a great recipe it is like a cheese ball but sweet. But not too sweet.

3 - 8 oz. packages of cream cheese
1 small can of pineapple drained
½ cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp. of vanilla
1 package of Craisins (dried cranberries)

Mix cream cheese, pineapple and vanilla with a potato masher then add confectioners sugar then slowly add Craisins.
Mix well.
Allow to chill 2 hours.
Can be served with ginger snaps or crackers. (At my sons wedding I bought generic ginger snaps and they were too spicy so we didn't use them we used crackers. So next time I will spend the extra money and find name brand.)

Recipe can be doubled.
Refrigerate leftovers (if there are any).
