God is Trustworthy

The Spirit of God hath made me, and the breath of the Almighty hath given me life.

One thing have I desired of the Lord, that will I seek after; that I may dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to behold the Beauty of the Lord, and to enquire in His Temple.

He hath made His wonderful works to be remembered: the Lord is gracious and full of Compassion.

The Lord is my rock, and my fortress, and my Deliverer; my God, my strength, in whom I will trust; my buckler, and the horn of my salvation, and my high tower.

But the Lord is the true God, He is the living God, and an Everlasting King: at His wrath the earth shall tremble, and the nations shall not be able to abide His indignation.

And call no man your father upon the earth: for one is your Father, which is in Heaven.

Thou art a God ready to pardon, Gracious and merciful, slow to anger, and of great kindness, and forsookest them not.

Exalt ye the Lord our God, and worship at His footstool; for He is Holy.

Now unto the King eternal, Immortal, invisible, the only wise God, be honour and glory for ever and ever. Amen.

... there is no God else beside me; a Just God and a Saviour; there is none beside me.

For God is the King of all the earth: sing ye praises with understanding.

And we have known and believed the Love that God hath to us. God is Love; and he that dwelleth in Love dwelleth in God, and God in him.

I will speak of the glorious honour of thy Majesty, and of thy wondrous works.

Thou art Near, O Lord; and all thy commandments are Truth.

And I heard as it were the voice of a great multitude, and as the voice of many waters, and as the voice of mighty thunderings, saying, Alleluia: for the Lord God Omnipotent reigneth.

Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is Perfect.

For the Word of God is Quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword.

Gracious is the Lord, and Righteous; yea, our God is merciful.

God is a Spirit: and they that worship Him must worship Him in spirit and in Truth.

Into thine hand I commit my spirit: thou hast redeemed me, O Lord God of Truth.

For the Lord giveth wisdom: out of His mouth cometh knowledge and Understanding.

Thine, O Lord is the greatness, and the power, and the glory, and the Victory, and the majesty: for all that is in the heaven and in the earth is thine; thine is the Kingdom, O Lord, and thou art exalted as head above all.

Blessed be the name of God for ever and ever: for Wisdom and might are His.

Praise Him for His mighty acts: praise Him according to His Excellent greatness.

Ye are the children of the Lord Your God.

Of the increase of His government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon His kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The Zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.

In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God ...
And the Word, was God.

For there are three that bear record in heaven, The Father, The Word, and The Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the ending, saith the Lord, which is, and which was, and which is to come, the Almighty.

And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness ...

Even every one that is called by my name: for I have created him for my glory, I have formed him; yea, I have made him.

⁵ I am the Lord, and there is none else, there is no God beside me: I girded thee, though thou hast not known me:

Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my Covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine ...

⁵ Behold, I have taught you statutes and judgments, even as the Lord my God commanded me, that ye should do so in the land whither ye go to possess it.
⁶ Keep therefore and do them; for this is your wisdom and your understanding in the sight of the nations, which shall hear all these statutes, and say, Surely this great nation is a wise and understanding people.
⁷ For what nation is there so great, who hath God so nigh unto them, as the Lord our God is in all things that we call upon Him for?
⁸ And what nation is there so great, that hath statutes and judgments so righteous as all this law, which I set before you this day?
⁹ Only take heed to thyself, and keep thy soul diligently, lest thou forget the things which thine eyes have seen, and lest they depart from thy heart all the days of thy life: but teach them thy sons, and thy sons' sons.

Surely the Lord God will do nothing, but He revealeth His secret unto His servants the prophets.

⁹ Remember the former things of old: for I am God, and there is none else; I am God, and there is none like me,
¹⁰ declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure ...

And they shall fall by the edge of the sword, and shall be led away captive into all nations: and Jerusalem shall be trodden down of the Gentiles, until the times of the Gentiles be fulfilled.

¹⁰ He that believeth on the Son of God hath the witness in himself: he that believeth not God hath made Him a liar; because he believeth not the record that God gave of His Son.
¹¹ And this is the record, that God hath given to us eternal life, and this life is in His Son.
¹² He that hath the Son hath life; and he that hath not the Son of God hath not life.
¹³ These things have I written unto you that believe on the name of the Son of God; that ye may know that ye have eternal life, and that ye may believe on the name of the Son of God.

The Lord said unto my Lord, Sit thou at my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool.

²¹ For as the Father raiseth up the dead, and quickeneth them; even so the Son quickeneth whom He will.
²² For the Father judgeth no man, but hath committed all judgment unto the Son:
²³ That all men should honour the Son, even as they honour the Father. He that honoureth not the Son honoureth not the Father which hath sent Him.

²⁴ Then cometh the end, when He shall have delivered up the kingdom to God, even the Father; when He shall have put down all rule and all authority and power.
²⁵ For He must reign, till He hath put all enemies under His feet.
²⁶ The last enemy that shall be destroyed is death.
²⁷ For He hath put all things under His feet. But when He saith all things are put under Him, it is manifest that He is excepted, which did put all things under Him.
²⁸ And when all things shall be subdued unto Him, then shall the Son also Himself be subject unto Him that put all things under Him, that God may be all in all.

I the Lord, the first, and with the last; I am He.

Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and to day, and for ever.

For God so Loved the world, that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

I have Loved thee with an everlasting Love.
