In My Eyes
Beautifully human
Always full of flaws
Yet My child, you're amazing
And destined for great things
You might act evil
And selfish and proud
Yet My child, you're a saint
For My Son accepted you
And He's not letting go
Not now and not ever
Wonderfully wrong
Amazingly arrogant
Yet My child, you're just free-willed
And overall kind
You might act merciless
And stupid and mean
Yet My child, I choose you
To spread My word
And share My love
With all of the world
I've seen the good deeds
And the evil ones too
One day, you are humble
But the next, you are proud
Always blissfully unaware
I'm watching everything you do
One day, full of hatred
But the next, unfailing love
Thankfully Mine, forever more
This poem means a lot to me because God wrote it to me.

As a Christian, we will find struggles and hardships like no other, that is why Jesus died for me, that is why he died for YOU! Often times we find ourselves wondering, is this life worth living? I thought I got a great deal when I signed up for this. But here is a reality check, we did not just sign up, we chose to LIVE! God gives us tests, to prove ourselves to him and so we can grow stronger, that is why our hardships are truly blessings in disguise. So count both your hardships and blessings

Re: In My Eyes
Reminds me of alot of people, yes he doesn't give up and let go. Some people can't take it, even those who proclaim they are his and yet they are full of spite and vengeance. The sweet holy spirit is love, passion, merciful and not full of deceit and arrogance, wickeness just because you under the name of Christian doesn't mean your actions are ok! to torment, make fun and hurt other people. You need . Poems are not scripture they are not guidance they are just words from people hearts and sometimes copied from books, internet or given by gifted people. Poems are also written with feelings and sound like your feelings are confused and what is confusion? Luv Gabrielle.

God bless you, Kelsey and thank you for posting this.
I believe the Holy Spirit does talk through His children. In Poem, in Song, in Psalms, in and thru us...as broken as we are.
Love ya, girl. His love is unconditional and never-ending.
In Jesus,
love momo
