Last night, after COOL church, I shared with one of my friends, what i felt had been my biggest challenge/problem and that was the guilt that I had not done all i could have for my children. My son especially has been having a hard time since he came back from Iraq. He is going through an divorce, could not find a job, and in general drifting with no direction. I know I have prayed hard that God would help him because I could not and the enemy used my feeling of helplessness to attack me even more. I know that person I shared this with also prayed about his need too. Today I got up and did my CCCC and wrote in my journal. And then did my Voice of Truth, went to the park(with the Holy Spirit), had a revelation there and then came home and wrote in that journal. at that point I got a call from my son...hadn't talked in about 2 weeks...and he had gotten a job on Saturday !!! And he has applied to go to school to become an EMT !!! and he has started going back to Church !!! I was overjoyed and humbled to say the least. It was not coincidence that when I sent out my grandson's birthday box that SAME Saturday, I sent him a Bible with Isaiah 58: 6-9 marked hoping he would find some comfort from the Word and turn to God. I also sent him $50 because I knew he hadn't been working and he might need a few things. little did I know at the time he would be already back in church and need to get a few shirts for his new job. Whenever 2 or more of us are gathered together in His name and agree on anything in prayer. He does hear and He does answer !!! When I do what I can do [b]He can and will do what ONLY HE CAN DO !!! We serve a mighty and awesome God. I always believed He could move mountains but i believe its more awesome to show HOW MUCH HE CARES in the seemingly small areas of life. I had felt like I could not move on because I still needed to do more for my children. God showed me He has it all in control...just like He always had whether I knew it or not

If you are new here(or old here) and your hurting and you feel like you have no purpose or your life is too fouled up to be fixed. Try the CCCC Healing Path. Please...with an open mind and an open heart take the road this prodigal son has, and many others have, and return to OUR FATHER. When he see you coming HE WILL run to you and what a homecoming it will be !!!

What a blessing it is to continual read the testimonies of others who have walked the healing path as you have. I've been here at the Oasis, more years than I can count now...and I've been endeared to read the stories of many who have walked through the gates of the counseling steps. God really has poured out His blessings on that path. May He continue to do so always, for souls like you and others.

Oh wow! That is terrific. I love the way God works. He was already busy preparing the way for your boy. All that love and concern you have for him, God has even more. It's an amazing God we serve.
