Greatful

So many times i recall taking God's grace for granted, putting Him on the back burner, rushing around trying to keep pace with job, family members, house, etc. I have a tendency to worry alot; when really all i need to do it put it in God's hands and let Him deal with it. Something also hit me about my job. I realize now why they call it a job. Cuz it is filled with trials and tribulations much like the book of Job. I just need to be faithful like Job.

Ok, that really wasn't my praise report just something that hit me when i decided to post. Wat can i say? I bounce around alot in my brain!

Ok, onto the praise report! My dad had five heart bypasses about two years ago, he was in the hospital for three weeks and we all took turns spending the night to help him not be so afraid. Well, he continued to have problems with strength, shortness of breath, had all sorts of tests run. Today they put two stents in his heart, one of which they thought would be impossible to fix. This time he was able to go home the same day. If this doesnt work then he has to talk with doc about changing meds or if that isn't it then just recognizing that he is getting older. Well, my praise report is that God saw fit to let my dad stay with us a lil longer. We never know how long we have on this earth and while yes, i look forward to heaven, I am still in the world so to speak and i realize how much my family means to me. So thank you Jesus for allowing my dad to remain with us a lil longer!

Praise the Lord sis. God is love...and all things happen in His timing which is perfect....as for the job...yep it can be full of trials...but as you say it is just a job...and a small part of what truly matters.

luv ya
Do you know my Jesus? Do you know my friend? Have you heard He loves you? If not, I'd like to introduce you.
