Father, we praise your Holy Name, we worship you, we give you glory. Father, we love and adore you. We submit ourselves to you for service, that your hand rest upon us in the person and work of your Holy Spirit, even the Spirit of wisdom and understanding, the Spirit of counsel and might, the Spirit of knowledge and of fear of the Lord, that we of quick understanding in fear of the Lord, and not judge after what we see or hear, but judge in righteousness the poor; reprove with equity the meek; smite the earth with the rod of our mouth, slay the wicked with the breath of our lips, that righteousness be the girdle of our loins, and faithfulness the girdle of our reins.

That you anoint us to preach glad tidings to the meek, bind up the brokenhearted, proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to those that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord, the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all that mourn in Zion, to give to them that mourn, beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness, to plant and be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the Lord.
