Please pray for marriage to be healed
Please pray for God to heal this marriage. Am ashamed to admit I do not believe anything can be done and that it is hopeless. Please offer your prayers, thank you.

Dear God,
We come before you in the name of Jesus, our savior.
We know you can raise the dead. Give life to that which has no life.
We have been asked to pray for this marriage. Our sister has turned
to you, God, seeking your healing touch. We stand with our brother
and sister asking for your mercy. We ask for your loving grace.
We trust in you. We know not your method, nor your timing, but our
faith is in you.
We ask for their eyes and ears and hearts to be opened.
To remember that marriage is about giving, sharing, and supporting.
And in those is forgivness, so that hurt may heal. We pray for your healing touch.
Amen.

I too will pray for you and your marriage to be healed
please remember it's not hopeless because Matthew 19:26
put your faith in Him not in yourself and remember to ask that His will be done.
God bless

AMEN to the prayer that Timothy said!
You are here at this site for a reason.... God has shown you a way to get the help you need through so many programs and people that really care about you and your marriage.
"ASK and it shall be given unto you, SEEK and ye shall find, KNOCK and the door shall be opened unto you."
You've started with the ASKING... now go on to SEEKING... and KNOCKING. God WILL guide you through all of this with the help from the HOLY SPIRIT. All of us at one time or another have gone through something that deals with a marriage in trouble. Some have made it through and others have had to let go. It sounds like you want to save this marriage, due to the fact that you are asking for prayer.
There is work to be done... but the most important thing right now is YOU and your relationship with GOD! You have to SEEK things that will strengthen your relationship with GOD so you can deal with your marriage.
We are all praying for you and KNOW you have come to the RIGHT PLACE for your HELP in your MARRIAGE!!! May the Lord keep you and help you to find all the answers you are seeking to show you what to do.
May God Bless and Keep You... Linda

Oh everyone- this mess has been going on for just two months, but it seems like a million years. And I have been talking to God so much about it. And I had said to you all before, that I really did not believe that the marriage could be healed. My husband has no interest in repairing anything. He wants to be gone from me. So again I asked God- what should I pray for. Should I pray for restoration of this marriage, and He answered me- no, move on! Oh, it makes me so sad, but I really feel that's His will for me now. To move on. And oh, I will do that, but my heart is so so sad, missing my husband, saying goodbye to him forever in my heart. Like half of me is being torn apart and killed. Like he is dead, yet I know he is somewhere in the world. So I must mourn him and move on. God is so kind to bother to answer me. And to be present with me in this grief. And I am so thankful for that, else I could not bear it. Oh, how hard it is to say goodbye to my sweetheart.

Yes a broken marriage/separation/divorce, is like the person you once knew and loved has died. unfortunately marriage is sacred, and it harbours love......thats what Satan wants to destroy........LOVE, he does it in many ways, infidelity, gambling, drugs, alchole, you name it he will try his best to destroy love......... and family is love.
When two are accord with God and abide in God, the devil really has no chance....if anything he will be repelled by the love.
When i went through a bad marriage, i knew who was responsible, and i tried for many years to save my marriage. Unfortunately my husband was of the world, and he took delight in the temporary pleasures the devil threw at him. For many years i prayed that he would change his ways, but God showed me is you can not force someone to love you, just like he can't force us to love him. It has to be our will.
So for the first time in my life i stopped praying for my husband and i started praying for me........ I prayed that he would give me a new heart and restore the one i had. It had all become unbearable for me, and God will not give us more than what we can not bear. Marriage is when two become one. God is a jelous God and he does not want us to worship other idols......marriage is the same, when one takes another he defiles the marriage. If you love something set it free if it comes back it is yours if it doesn't it never was.......... if he wants to go, let him.....only God knows his heart, sometimes when the devil accomplishes his plan, he no longer becomes interested in that person........ let him go, and pray that he might see the light to come back. If he doesn't remember we are married to Christ he will never abandon you.

Hello fulsworld,
I am so sorry for you, I know the pain you are feeling because I was feeling that same feeling when my marriage ended, it was not what I wanted but I felt it was what God was going to ALLOW to happen for much of the same reasons as yours one just didn't love the other, no matter what I tried my wife did not want to accept any chance of us working through it, BUT PLEASE make sure the voice you hear is of God and not satan being sneaky trying to destroy what is weak THAT is what he is good at! I questioned if it was Gods will for my marriage to end but now 11 months later I know it was His will because it could not be repaired
You just have to trust whole heartily that God HAS other plans for you and you need to be ready to accept what path He puts you on even if the path seems dark and lonely REMEMBER HE IS WITH YOU, that is what got me through this last year, I should tell you I was married for almost 14 years and before that lets say I was one that got around so to speak BUT since my separation I have had no interest in "getting around" and as most men will understand better than some of the women on here that is somewhat odd, BUT as you said I felt as if I was in a state of mourning and although the loneliness about drove me crazy at points I always remembered my Lord was with me
and please reread ServeGod's post, she has alot to say that has alot of truth in it
God bless you in this heartbreaking time
and know I will be here anytime if you need a man's point of view or just to talk
