well today it a bit overwhelming day.. im in the library right now.. and im

talking to a friend thru ym, our convo below.

sweetlittleangel:i see, i didnt sleep at all since last nite. struggling to get my proposal done.

sweetlittleangel:awww..i totally understand what u say..becoz i really dun want to be at my uni lately..i just want to escape..and i was thinking..what was i thinking by accepting the offer to enter uni the other day..just to stuck myself at one place for long time..with small progression..6 years..all in uni..but then my eyes was opened these few days..all this while whats really makes me truly happy..was to make someone else happy..means..to do something for God..wait how can i..messed up here and there..bruising. then i heard..watch, He will work out in ur life.

friend:oh, it is ok ....if u dont know what u want to do, you can just do what u like and maybe what you want to do with come to u ..dont need to be in a hurry

Went to meet professor a.k.a my supervisor..

me: afternoon prof

prof: come in, have a sit.

me: ty.

(moment of silence..bit awkard..he was busy doing his work)..then i showed my proposal..

prof: so where u ve been doing all this while? Thought u went back home aredy. Why quite a long time no see u? This is all u got?

me: no i didn't went back home..still stayed with my aunt. ( without telling him i was being hospitalised last July and September..which slowed my proposal progress. I didn't tell him about what had hppnd during my staying with my aunt for the last 3 years.)

prof: ok, u said u ve been reading..(i did..) what are the water quality index?

me: total suspended solid, biochemical oxygen demand...( it was all in mind, go nervous facing him. )

prof: these are the important WQI..have to know the turbidity, pH and conductivity. Are u excited about this project? The only one subject left right? Do u want to pass? Im not angry with u ok. U have nothing to do with me.

me: ok, of course im excited .

prof: what stopping u? Did ur aunt asked u to do it? Grrrr im going to scold her for that.

me: she asked..and dun scold my aunt pls. i was not confidence and im scared. And it just i come to understand what it the topic is all about recently.

prof: ok, these are all i want you to do..go back and read all the water quality measurement..and how they do it in the lab. U know how to do the total count bacteria right?

me: no..(actually im not sure, i have watched the demo during the practical in hosp pathology lab)

prof: well, i want u to get one of the lab assistant and ask him to teach u to do the measurement in the lab. u may start by this December (in my head, no Christmas?) and next Jan start with sampling n lab work. U have to learn and and go around and ask. I dun see u do that.

me: ok prof, thank you.

Sunday, i went to the Sunday service. Praise and worship was awesome..His Spirit flowed.

The topic of the preaching was..changing from within to outside.

Verses taken from the book of Nehemiah.

A man of action.

Nehemiah faced these challenges frm others

Nehemiah..3:5b (ignorant attitude), 4:1 (anger), 4: 2-3(critisms), 4:11(attacking and disruptions)

Verses 4:2-3 spoke to me..when the preacher said..most of the time...when we get a critic from other..that mean He is working on something in our life..and about to bring a blessing..sometimes we are allowed to go thru it so that we can get aligned with His plan and purpose..so to answer for the question of what u been doing all this while..simply..seeking Him..and let Him on how He will work in my life..in His time..on how He will changed me..not on how other tried to change us and do things in their way..to wait on God and to be quite listening on what He going to say..patience is virtue..

Then he shared on how Nehemiah dealt with it..

**keep on praying (Nehemiah 4:4-5)

**keep on working (Nehemiah 4:6)

**keep on encouraging (Nehemiah 4:14)

**keep on leading (Nehemiah 4:22)

**keep on guarding (Nehemiah 4:22)

Also how he with people..
-he live together with his people
-he did not take the food allowance
-sharing food with them, leaders, visitors and other
-he treated other with respect
-he worked together with them
-he cares about them
-he helps the poor

Too..he have..

sense of excellence

sense of ownership

-the preacher shared..in our church..we are belong together..means..we are all involved in the ministry of the church..helping each other..He has done a wonderful things in the church thru His people.

yet, we are far from perfect..and in long way to go before the completion.

Nehemiah was man of God..he did not act without prayer..or prayer without act (something i learned) he recognized God's role in all that happened and never forgot to give Him credit.
he was not looking for earthly status.

he shows remarkable qualities of leadership..

-impassioned speech

-prayer

-organization

-resolve

-trust in God

-quick and determined response to problems

-unselfishness

Nehemiah gives such clear information about how to
