Though it speaks of gentle men, just like the bible speaks of brother, us sisters can apply this to our lives. So this is not intended for just gentlemen but gentlewomen as well.

A gentleman is someone who considers the rights of others before his own feelings and the feelings of others before his own rights.

I loved this! A grandpa gave this advice to a friend and he shared it with me today when we were discussing Matt 22:37-39

37Jesus replied: Love the Lord your God with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your mind.'
38This is the first and greatest commandment.
39And the second is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself.'

Gal 5:22-23a But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, GENTLENESS and self control.

I found it encouraging and had that excitement in my spirit that I get when He is there. Like a zinger. Wanted to share with you the zinger.
