I had enough courage to go to my pastor and ask for help. Big step for me, He told me that it would be best to find a lady in the church whom I could talk to about it. I gonna be able to tell her today when she gets home from work, she my old sunday school teacher. I still struggling, so much is going on and Its hard not to show it and keep everything held in. I praying this is the right person to tell *Pray* yeah that about covers how i feel to talk to grandparents n they'd get mad at me, and I don't want to get in trouble just need to be able to trust someone not online for this. there it is in a nutshell of where I am. Would it be a good idea to start a journal? Just wondering.

HI mercy!

I think that you should heed the advice of your pastor. Having a person in your area is a great thing for holding us accountable, And yes it can be embarrassing, just remember that we dont have to be ashamed, we are all human and not perfect.

I think journaling does wonders! It helps me alot to stay focused and i can see the growth when i turn back some in the journal. It is an awesome idea!

Do all things through prayer and supplication. Make sure you pray first and ask God if it will benefit you in speaking with this person. He will give you the answer.

Remember progress not perfection.
