1:10 PM- 2 Rye Crispbreads with Chicken Tikka Sandwich Filler, Cucumber Slices, Sugar Free Strawberry Jelly
3:10 PM- Sour Cream and Chive Mini Ricecakes
5:10 PM- Banana Custard Yogurt
7:00 PM- Full Ulster Fry (1 Fried Egg, 1 Sausage, 2 Bacon, Baked Beans, Soda Bread, Potato Bread), Wheaten Bread with Butter,
Apple Tart, Orange Drink
12:40 AM- 6 Peanut Butter M&M's
Did pretty good until dinner....but it was a church fundraiser...so....
I did leave the second sausage...was stuffed and the sausages here aren't my favourite.
It is Sunday so time to check the scales...just under three off from last week. It was more on Saturday....silly Fry!

I didn't do any better today. The scales hated me this morning which is just depressing. I shouldn't have been surprised, but still not what I wanted to see. I am ready for everything to settle back down again.

Amazing how easy it is to excuse bad eating when parts of your life are stressful! It's not that I don't care...I do...I hate to see myself going backwards! It's just that I feel like I can justify it. The emotional overload is taking its toll. My sleep is very messed up. I sway back and forth between fits of working desperately on job applications and fits of tears. My hair is falling out. While not caused by the overwhelmingness of the last few days, I cannot help but fear that it will be prolonged because of it. The words just aren't there to express everything I am feeling inside.
