This step left me crying. Since I have been judged nearly my whole life because of my looks, I try hard not to judge people because of theirs (or for any other reason). However, there are people I come across who make me uncomfortable to be around. My counselor has told me that because of the abuse and such I went through, that that is normal, but I still feel bad because of it. Does being uncomfortable around someone mean that I'm judging that person?

Sometime people can be cruel.

you know sometimes we let the things in life get too us that shouldn't, the world is a bad place, especially now. Dent let the things in life get to you , you are stronger than they are.. Remember this .. That which is in you is stronger than that which is in the world. .. Even the beauty queens have defects ... and if they are not visible they are in the heart. which is even worse. Right?

You are very much loved here, we Dent look at what you look like (Thank God for that) Iam not that special looking either. But we look at whats in the heart, and on that note, we all look the same .. Hello, my dear friend in Christ. You have a kind, tender, and beautiful heart. True beauty comes from within.

I also have been judged all my life based on looks and other shallow things. I have not completely overcome the insecurities it has caused, but thanks to the Lord and his unconditional love for us, I am healing. Gaining confidence in who I am as a child of God. Good trade.

It helps to keep our eyes on the prize. Eternal salvation through Christ.
We may be here on this earth now, but it is temporary. God loves us more than we can possibly imagine. Unconditionally.

Hi love. At times I too feel uncomfortable around certain people. It sometimes has to do with my spirit and their spirit. At other times, it has to do with accepting the way God made me.
The way I overcome this is by looking up. I have begun to love myself because He loved me.
