I could not even begin to go into the history of why this hurts so much....so many details....so many years. Before this becomes an issue of forgiveness I will share with you that I am not holding anything against anyone. It just hurts. Some times in life things just hurt...

The church I left last year just got ANOTHER new worship leader. To me it proves once again that they don't believe in me.

Once again, the worship leader was brought in from outside the church. Once again I was overlooked and not even thought enough of the communicate with me.

This truly breaks my heart. Well one thing it does it to confirm that I am right about not being there anymore.

I wish that my old Pastor could understand. I truly feel as if he ....strongly dislikes me or at least does not feel like I am good enough for "his church". This is not all in my head....again....a lot of details and years.

I am in a new church now. I feel safe there. I feel respected and celebrated not tolerated. Most importantly God is there. AMAZINGLY there.....

But when I got this news today it sure did hurt. Nice to be honest about that. Thanks for letting me share.

Well Im glad there is this place to share! I am sorry for all of the hurt that you are feeling from your other church.
I am happy that you changed churches, and hopefully this well be the start of positive changes for you in other areas as well.
Focus on what is ahead...letting go of the past....
