Day 5

Identifying the problem...well that wasn't hard to do...my lack of faith, my lack of loving and forgiving myself, my lack of trust, me not taking responsiblity for my own actions and always blaming someone else for my stupidity. Those are just a few. It's amazing how God is working through this website. I've talked to so many people about my issues, unfortunately I wasted all that time talking with non-christian people. I do forgive myself, I forgive the people that have hurt me, and I have asked for forgiveness. I know God has so much more to do in me but I'm actually letting go. Which is an amazing feeling. I don't blame anyone else for my past or the things that have gone wrong in my life. God gave me choices. I know right from wrong. I've made those selfish choices on my own. Now it's up to me to stop doing wrong, pray, and listen to God. I have to be responsible for what I do. I have to do things always knowing that God is watching me and even though He knows what decision I'm going to make before I make it, it's up to me to make the right choice. I pray God gives me the strength to make those choices and for Him to be proud that I made the right choice.

And if you ask Him for His guidance in everything you do, and in the choices you are to make...He will show you the right path to take. Yes there will come moments when the enemy will try and tempt you away from those right choices, but if you listen for God's still soft voice, He will be there leading the way that He wants you to take...He will help you always.

As far as that blame...it's time to forgive yourself and let go of the blame all together. You are a new creation in Christ, so let Him refresh you and make you what He wants to mold you to be.

Your doing great on these steps.

luv ya

That so great to hear what God is doing in your life. When I first came to this site I to blamed others for the wrongs in my life, but God showed me, through these steps that I needed to stop doing that. This site is truely a blessing. God is proud of you.

Keep pressing in.

my lack of faith, my lack of loving and forgiving myself, my lack of trust

isnt it amazing how all these things are connected to unforgiveness of others and/or self? this is one of the enemy's strongest tools...cuz it works so well. Sis, its so awesome to see you latch on to these truths. When it all boils down, it really IS about His grace and mercy for us. Through that, His unconditional love is shown. Once we hold on to that Love, it's instilled in us and we are able to start loving others with it. Trusting not in man, but in God working through that love.

God bless you, sis. Keep fighting the good fight.

in Jesus,
love momo *Halo*

Sounds good, In His Hands . . . this can go for all of us. "He can have compassion on those who are ignorant and going astray, since he himself is also subject to weakness." (Hebrews 5:2) As we deal with our own failures, this can make us able to also love and feel for others who have problems.

And the problems . . . I think of how the prayer Jesus taught us starts with "Our Father" > the attention to God, first. Then with You we can deal in the best way with our problems, after first we are on top of things with You, LORD our Father of Jesus our Savior and Master and Groom and Shepherd.

Why are we called *sheep* *sheep* *sheep* *sheep* *sheep* ? ? ?

I read that sheep have very good sense of smell > they do not go only by what they see.

And sheepies stay together. They have each other.

And they prefer to move toward light, and can't stand being around shadows. There are so many things of this life that are just shadows, not even anything real in God's love. So many things can not love us, but ones seek them for pleasure, anyway.

Ones suppose sheep are stupid, but they are just avoiding being controlled by ones who are just trying to use them, maybe ;) We can be very uncooperative, in this world, so this world can not use us and control us, and so ones may think we are stupid. There are things that do not love us, and they are often controlled by ones who don't even care about us; so why seek these things ;)

In England, if I remember correctly, sheep were raiding the village gardens. They put guard platforms where the road went through the fence, with openings so the sheep feet would go through if they tried to cross. Did this stop the sheepies? > they *rolled* over the platform. God does give wisdom to us sheepies :)

But the wisdom is for more than we can choose, often enough ;) By submitting, we get into all that You have for us, and being pleasing to You as You change us into Your love and beauty with You . . . please, more and more, as we * g * r * o * w * . . .
