Day 5

Postby megandee » Thu Mar 20, 2008 11:23 am

God is good!! All the time!! Amen!

Well, I just keep getting encouraged along this Christian counseling path. In day five I have identified my problems. There are a lot more than just my financial problem. I realize to resolve my problems, first, I must confess and give them to the Lord for His healing by His Power. Then weed my mind on a daily bases with prayer and Bible study. Then control my thoughts, by replacing satan's way of thinkig with God's way of thinking. satan is so sneaky. Thank God He is all powerful, and if He is for us, and we give Him control and focus on Him, satan can't get in.

I have already done a couple of the studies listed in step five on problems that I have. I plan on doing several more to get strength and help in weeding my mind.

I thank God for this Christian counseling and the family here at Oasis for all the support and prayers. God's sweet Holy Spirit is hear. Thank you Dear God. Amen

Yay Megan God is great all the time oh Yes He IS! I gotta tell you though I bet it was eye opening when you started making your list of problems. We sometimes don't see what all really truly is bothering us, until we have to sit down and sort them all out. Then once they are identified, we can begin to tackle them one by one. I know you will take what you have done today in step 5 and start using God's help to correct each one. You should be so proud of how far you have come already. I'm happy for ya.

Go Megan go *hug* luv ya
