My Journal entry #12
Oh how I know this one too well. As Christians I know we (I) will fall down. I will have to work on this one. Lol! So much homework! I like how it says you have to identify when you are falling so you can stop yourself. I do need to be more aware of when I fall and what I fall for. I do understand the need to get back up again. I'm also glad they referenced Judas and what he could have become if he would have gotten back up instead of giving in to his self pity and never bouncing back from his fall. I wondered about him while they were referencing the other disciples and their falls. ANYONE can be forgiven, we are humans and we fall sometimes, we just have to make sure we don't stay down.
Also, who do I contact about typo type things in the steps? In this step there's an added sentence to a Bible verse and that should probably be fixed. Proverbs 26:11 specifically.

Hi Bones
I read what you wrote and found it easier to believe ole Judas could do more for Christ than what I'm capable of. I find that weird. Guess that's how the spiritual battle goes, hu? If we didn't doubt in self so much or doubt in Him doing through us perhaps we would or could do more.

Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.
