Time to stick lots of things up and around and surround myself with God's word .....................
so, already if I look around me right now - I look up and see different verses; I have posters with scripture, a calendar with scripture, little cards which say things like Jesus is the light of the word; and you are an important part of God's kingdom

thing is ................... most of the time I forget to look!

at one point I even had a quote taped across the top of my computer and still didn't read it - not sure how much more obvious it could have been without covering the computer itself

I'm glad the different verses and quotes are up and around me; but somehow I also need to remember to look at them.

Today; I'm catching up on the journals for the last two days and trying to be positive and cling to the truth

I also forgot to add something more on God's timing and how he speaks to me (one way).....

yesterday I shared a verse with someone on another thread --- the next thing I looked at another thread and the thing that jumped out was the same verse on someones signature

then I shared a passage with someone ..... and there in the days reading was the same passage

That's funny zem, I don the same thing with my stickies! We will have to make a habbit of looking at our stickies daily!

i had a bright idea one day that I was gonna set my alarm clock 15 minutes ahead so I would always be on time. Didn't take long for me to realize ...hey i got an extra 15 minutes to sleep, so I was right back where I began. Now I have my clock set right and I have learned to make myself get out of bed...I had to get self-discipline. For me, sticky notes were the same problem...I knew they were there and just let myself be lazy. Now remember I am talking about me. So what I did was memorize some scripture verses and some of the seeds I was gonna plant...by repeating them over and over...and now when I need them where ever I am I have them with me. Like I said...that was how I was.

I've done the same before with clocks humble; and then wasted the time difference each time until I finally changed the clock to the correct time I know that being disciplined is something I need a LOT of work on
