I can relate to your post. I was like that too. We all struggle but it can get easier to overcome. Reprogramming your mind with His Word is where I found answers. Romans 6:1 says," Shall I continue in sin that grace may abound? God forbid." Romans 6 speaks of dieing to sin, Romans 7 speaks of Paul's struggles with his flesh, and Romans 8 speaks of walking in the Spirit.
I saw myself in your post a few years ago. I was harboring known sin and not willing to die to it and it made me miserable. Until I turn my will over to His will and became obedient did I find peace. Yes, I still fall short. But He knows our hearts and He will find a way to escape temptation because He said He would. Today is a new day. God forgives. Keep striving my friend. Thank you for your honesty. I encourage you to check out the 14 day COOL Counseling study offered here. Luv ya. Real.
