Craisins fruitball
Posted: Sun Aug 26, 2012 2:31 pmThis a great recipe it is like a cheeseball but sweet. But not to sweet. 
3 8oz packages of cream cheese
1 small cans of pineapple drained
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
1 tsp of vanilla
1 package of craisins
mix cream cheese,pineapple and vanilla with a potatoe masher then add confectioners sugar the slowly add craisins.
mix well.
allow to chill 2 hours
can be served with ginger snaps or crackers. (at my sons wedding I bought generic ginger snaps and they were to spicy so we didnt use them we used crackers. So next time I will spend the extra money and find name brand.)
recipe can be doubled
refrigerate leftovers (if there are any)
