This cheeseball is so easy and taste great. The hardest part is mixing ingredients.
2 8oz packages of creamcheese
2 cups finely shredded chedder cheese
1 package hidden valley ranch dressing (dry mix)
mix all ingredients together with a potatoe masher. (this mixes it thoroughly)
let chill 2 hours then roll in a ball (chilling allows it to firm up or you can try rolling before you chill)
roll in pecans if you like
serve with crackers. (We choose to serve it with different kinds of crackers at my sons wedding)
refrigerate leftovers (if there are any)
this recipe can be doubled easily
