when the lights are out
and you feel alone and bare
in the world we travel aimlessly about.
Where have you been?
Have you been gone long?
Is this a sick trend?
Maybe it was the words of our favorite song.
You were the One
I had always been looking for
You were the one who looked like a Son
of man seated on the Throne.
I await your embrace
praising you till I see your face.
Hope this touches someone, I made myself cry reading over it before posting it. I made it up on the spot but it helped me even. I hope it touches someone elses heart as it did mine this morning.
