pop a english muffin in the toaster, I use a styrofoam bowl (cause I'm lazy like that
) crack 1-2 eggs salt & pepper, I found precooked sausage patties so I lay 1 on a paper towel nuke for 1 minute or so till hot then stick the bowl with egg in and nuke it for 1 minute or so about that time the muffin is done pull it out and put the egg sausage then cheese on part of muffin add top wait a minute and eat the fastest and best tasting egg sausage & cheese muffin
the cool part is you can do it with ham or sausage and most can do this at work so if you are running late or need that mid morning pick me up and no mess or dishes
