Are you looking for a quick, easy recipe to spruce up your dull salad? Try this out!

NOTE: This recipe is designed for bigger crowds, like family get togethers. I cut this recipe in half. I just made if for the first time tonight for my family and another family (6 adults), and it made a bountiful side salad for each of us.

Salad:
2 Bags of Spring Mix Salad (I love the organic tubs you can find anywhere!)
1 cup of Feta cheese
1 cup of Cherry Craisins
1 cup of Sunflower Seeds (I used chopped pecans; I'm sure almonds would be good too!)

Toss everything together. Sometimes putting the ingredients in a container with a lid helps in tossing it.

Dressing:
1 cup of Olive Oil
1/4 cup of balsamic vinegar
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 green onions (you can use other onions, but keep in mind the size of green onions)
Salt/Pepper to taste

Mix up the dressing. Poor it over the salad just before serving.

Enjoy! :)

EDIT: Oh, btw, this recipe wouldn't be complete without this: this salad is about 6 points, or about 300 calories.
