I love this cake recipe. It is my favourite and is very moist. I thought I would share with you all.

3 cups of flour
1/3 cup cocoa
2 cups of sugar
2 cups of hot water
2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp vinegar
3/4 cups oil

Mix all ingredients into a 9x 13 baking pan. Stir/mix well and bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes.
