This is a great song.... it speaks to me a lil different than it does to that which our bro without shared.

I see it as a soul who has perhaps made several poor choices and is now realizing the consequences of those choices.
Life is over, that is life as he knew it. The verse that I like best...
"But I still believe there's something left for me"

Maybe "You and Me" is about a relationship... in human terms or perhaps it is holds a bigger meaning... You and Me... God and Self or Brothers and Sisters in Christ, or even the human race as a whole.

Regardless, it carries an awesome message!

On a side note, whether a band or artist carries the "Christian" label through their recording company (generally for promotion and sales purposes) or not...

God speaks and that Message is left for us to accept and put to use in our Christian Walk.
