Awww amen lion sista!!! Weekends were made for relaxing i think, Saturdays although i should be doing lots of things, i usually spend sleeping. I guess catching up on wat i missed through the week i dunno, cuz i could be reading the Bible, working on the house, all sorts of stuff. ANd Sundays, i pretty much veg out too. Hmmm i will have to rethink that once i start commuting. I will need to be making sure food is prepared cuz of increase in gas. And cleaning house and all sorts of fun stuff to make sure i am doing wat i needs to do. But yes i love Sundays too!!!

hey ladies !
lion it is OK to opt out now and then just for one day...but much to your credit you did not let that one day discourage you or slow you down. THAT IS GREAT !!!

Well confession time here.... I was gone all last week(Mon-Fri). Staying in a hotel, eating out. I did not do too bad. The food was EXCELLENT ! YUM!!!
Thinking I ate my weight in strawberries though...lol

I tried to make up for no weight training by walking a lot. And I think for the circumstances I only came home with 3 extra pounds. So am trying very hard to drop it off, getting back into routine is the hard part. I exhausted myself Saturday by walking 90 minutes in the morning and 30 minutes in the evening. Sunday I rode my bike 4 miles since the weather was so nice.

Some days I hate to exercise when I would rather be lazy about it. I will admit today is a lazy day. Sigh but tomorrow will be back in the gym.
Well this is a new week.
Hang in ladies and we will all succeed.
Bless you.

lion I had a wonderful week...left hubby home with the two teens...LOL

It was planned trip...couple ladies and I went to Memphis for a week. Went to museums and shopped....just hung out did a little Bible study. It was also a selling trip for me to some buyers. I am selling some prints of my paintings.
Life is easing up about my home and family...so this was a nice break for me.

LOL yummy things I ate huh???? rofl
Well like I said I ate my weight in strawberries..love those big red juicy critters !!
Ever heard of Paula Dean? She is some famous chef. We ate at her buffet restaurant almost every day...mostly breakfast. Had steak...salads...soups...chicken..mexican...oriental...and some just good down home southern cooking. YUM YUM YUM !!!
One of the best things I liked and never tasted before, let alone heard of, was a version of eggs benedict served on a fried green tomato. It was extremely DELICIOUS !!!
I even snuck in a cool dessert a couple evenings... SHAME ON ME *Whistle*

This week I am being very strict on myself...have to make amends for my not being as good as I should have been. rofl
