goofy sis,
Well I have a mean Texas sized boot, I'll keep it warmed up for ya.
Oh it's good to see you getting back on the path. Step 5, soak it up sis. Enjoy the learning, the growing and the healing. You can get through all of them. Yes it's sometimes difficult, but hey anything good having is worth the fight to get. I'm so happy you are picking back up, and gonna fight on.
Praying for you.
luv ya

Hi!
One more month have passed. And I am on stepping stone 6.
..so many emotions reading this stepping stone, but mainly anger, because I have suffered so much lately because people were saying that all my emotions come only from my thoughts and unbelief. I tried so hard to change my thoughts and believe more and more, but negative emotions did not leave. I started to believe that I don't believe and that I am not normal, because I can not believe even I try so hard. I went crazy of trying control my mind and thoughts when they were out of any control, but it was just because I was physically ill and I did not know it. So I just can not accept that stepping stone right now, even there is a lot of good thoughts and suggestions.

Another thing is try to not control your mind so much, but allow the Lord to help you control your thoughts. Don't let yourself get overwhelmed. If you skip this step, it's ok, come back to it when you get through the others. Glad to see you back on the stones. Have missed ya sis.
luv ya lots.
luv ya lots.

Hi, goofy! I love your picture!
Don't let this step trip you up. Keep going forward, you can come back to it. Important thing is to continue to grow.
Love ya.

Hello Goofy.
I understand what you mean about the thoughts being difficult to control.
When a thought comes into your mind speak the truth to it. Such as something from the past pops up in your mind, something you did wrong, saying look at what you did, say I'm forgiven.
If it's a good thought, let it stay.
Some will throw out the good thoughts and keep the bad, not realizing they are throwing out the good ones. I was like that.
It takes time to reverse this and to learn to keep the good ones and toss out the bad ones. We can be accustomed to just allowing those thoughts tumble around, causing havoc.
God bless you goofy. Love ya!

Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.
