Step Eight
I have been feeling less miserable There are still negative thoughts in my mind, but there are definitely less and I ponder on them less. May I fight to replace them with truth
Again, thank you everyone for the encouragement, and... if you would, please pray that I stick with the Miracle growth chart. I'm still a little reluctant to do it, and life is about to get busier in the next few days.

Hi Hrw
Start with some simple things for the miracle grow chart. After all growth comes slowly. Say you want to learn to do something, cook, sew, garden, paint. Write that in. Perhaps you'd like your computer area to stay neater. You could put that down as one. For someone who never reads the bible if they put in that they want to read the bible for an hour a day that may get overwhelming at first, so perhaps 5 minutes or just one verse a day is better. Maybe you'd like to get in the habit of fixing your bed every day. Don't make it so difficult that you dread it. Make it something that is fun and enjoyable.
4U! Love ya!

Sorrow looks back, Worry looks around, But faith looks up! Live simply, love generously, care deeply, speak kindly and trust in our Creator who loves us.
