Love Story

Hello Wonderfuls!

*AngelYellow*
Blessings!

Just a reminder that patience works experience. Not long after being born again and baptized in the Holy Spirit in 1979 the Holy Spirit bore witness to my spirit that I was a child of God and I cried ab-ba, (daddy), Father. This happened while I was reading a book by Andrew Murray who himself was a mature spiritual person understanding spiritual things.

The past 30 years of my life has been a trial of my faith..many sufferings, lots of grief, hard times, even some horrible afflictions. It wasn't until last Spring that the Lord set me apart in a motel room for a month of fasting and prayer that the original touch of son-ship 30 years earlier was made real in my understanding.

Outside my motel room late one night meditating on the Word of God the presence of the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ surrounded and overshadowed me. I felt and experienced who He is, has been, and always will be in the completeness of His nature, that being love.

I only asked Him one question. "Dad," I said, "What is your will?"

He answered me one word, "Love."

Having said that His presence lifted. But He had shed His love-self on my page and truly transformed me in a way I would never have expected. His love presence is always with me and His love dominates my life. I walk every day knowing my normal Christian walk is one of love for our Heavenly Dad, His Word-Son and Spirit, and that we are to love each other like we love our Heavenly Dad, His Word-Son our Lord Jesus and Holy Spirit.

I realize my love posts do not receive much attention, and my love prayers not prayed much, but I do know there is a time appointed for each of us to know our Love-Dad-God and have Him shed His love on our page and patience is needed. The commandment of our Lord Jesus is to love, but what He requires, The Holy Spirit fulfills in us His love when He has finished forming Himself in us. The love He requires of us He fulfills in us.

Love you in Him, saint.

awww :)

Gotta love those one liners lol

sometimes they speak volume.

Not sure what love posts you are talking about though. Maybe a forum I don't frequent often.

Thank you for sharing. Brought me a smile.

HI Den *Wave*
He answered me one word, "Love."

That's what I meant by one liner.
When he puts it so simple.
Yet leaves room for thinking. :)
God is good.
