My Rocky is a far cry from a boxer ; in all honesty!! his big sister is/was a boxer cross lab ... and she (Holiday) raised him from a puppy ... so he actually thinks he IS a boxer/lab (a big dog).

When I take him to the dog park, he will only play with the "big dogs" ... he just sits and looks at the little ones .... as if to hold his paw and say, "paaleeeeze, I could crush you sooo easily, just stay outta my way"

My Rocky's last name is ..... Balboa !!!! (it was either Rocky or Thor) we decided on "Rocky" .... and what a good name it is huh .... he is almost 3 now and is a shipoo. (but we whisper that, because he thinks he's big)

... actually, he really thinks he's a husky ... because he's a "replacement" dog for me; Darrell forced me to get him last year when my Ripply had a stroke and died (she was my very favourite dog, and i missed her greatly) ..... i really didn't want to get him !!! (hmmm perhaps I'll post the story of how I was forced to "accept" him)

Hey, ML, is there pics of your Rocky on the pets page?? post some, I'd love to see what he looks like. Boxer huh ... is he highstrung??

Holiday was only 1/2 boxer and she was a mental case .

I don't have a picture of him there, but I'll get some posted there shortly. He is not near as highstrung as he used to be as he is getting old...he will be 8 in just a few months....but he is my baby...and I love him dearly. I'll write more on him, when I get a picture posted there.
