Today was wonderful! Work was really good. I got along with everyone today. Wow, the Lord just keeps blessing me and blessing me. When I got home from work I read my bible and then played guitar for a while. I was looking for some old songs that I had written and I found a few of them along with some other interesting things I made when I was younger. I found a lot of church notes from a long time ago. A lot of it was uplifting. I had forgotton how much I learned.I remember some of it now that I was reading my old stuff. Wow, I really had no idea what was going on. I was not near to the point im at now, and even where I am at now spiritually is not where I would like to be. I asked God for knowledge tonight. I want to be able to know everything thats going on around me. A lot of the time I walk around completely oblivious to what going on. I am learning more and more everyday, but I just want to know more. This fasting experience has been incredible. I have definatly grown closer to the Lord. I have a renewed obsession with the bible. I plan to read it all the way through. Im almost done with Genesis (really good book). Man, it is so interesting. It is such a blessing to be able to enjoy reading his word. I remember not too long ago I thought that most of the bible was boring. Now I have a whole new perspective. I am so thankful that God keeps drawing me closer and closer to him. Its mind boggling that the God of the universe is interested and cares about little bitty me. Of all the people in the world he chooses to care about me, and all who seek him. What an amazing God! Tommorrow is my last day to fast. I will be home all day tommorrow so Im interested to see what the Lord will show me throughout the day. Cant wait to worship him tommorrow night!
