Hello,

We really need some prayer please. Me and my husband are out of control with eating. We were both trying to diet, exercise and make lifestyle changes but we have both really given up because nothing is working. His main issue is that he can't do the right things long enough and consistently enough to see a difference so that he can have a little encouragement to keep doing those hard things. My main issue is that I have been through the female change and I am doing it long enough and consistently but my body won't burn off that weight anymore.I joined a boot camp and actually gained weight. I am gaining like a pound a day. We both feel really and truly helpless and powerless over this. It's not just food, it's exercise too. Prayers appreciated. Thanks
