ON BEING REMEMBERED
My Post on Inspire Advanced Breast Cancer website

I've been visiting this site regularly, reading and sometimes replying to various posts.
Being a soon-to-be-published author, I have wanted to write something, and have not been able to think of anything, which for me is very unusual.
Until now.
I'm wondering for what things in life I will be remembered.
Amongst former co-workers, I will be remembered for my strong work ethic, straight posture, all-or-nothing personality, sense of humor, and the playing of a number of practical jokes.
With regard to friends, I will likely be remembered for my sense of humor, creative imagination and "courage" while fighting cancer. My friend "Robin" (who is also my Pastor's wife) may remember how, during my battle with cancer, my faith and trust in God increased, rather than decreased. She will remember my sense of humor also, for she often laughs and comments on it. Robin will, no doubt, think back to the day I received my cancer diagnosis, and she was with me.
And I have a feeling that I may be allowed to "listen in" when the beautiful "Celebration of Life" takes place at my church, here on this verdant earth.
And I will be both awed and humbled at how deeply loved I really am.
And this wonder shall be part of my experience in Heaven with God my Father, for all eternity, time without beginning or end.

Pamela....u just made me cry and my heart smile as I read these words...wow...Love ya lady, truly...
What keeps me going the most in this cold world, during my ENDLESS (in this here and now
) Trials...are HIS Promises, when I am down ( a lot lately) I Hear Him, whisper...Your Rewards Are in Heaven!!! 
Be Pretty Cool if you'll be a waiting on His Celestial Shores whence we return HOME
with Yentl and Mimi and so many others who have went before us 
Love ya my sister and friend... you are one of Gods inspirations to...LOTS of us and will ALWAYS be remembered ...Dearly

Thank you for your kind replies & words of comfort and encouragement; I truly appreciate everything---especially your prayers.
When we are weak, we are strong in our Lord! Our strength fails; His strength is all-powerful.
Look up Scriptures in your Bible concordance regarding: comfort & encouragement. We all need the Word daily.
Praise God for this website, which He has raised up. May it always be what He intended.

amen, sis. and sooo thankful for what He is doing and what He will do in your life. His grace is sufficient for you..but He is doing so much more through and in you. Your faith through this is a beacon, sis. Keep fighting the good fight.
