Don't know about you all but Prayer at times can get hard and other times am able to pray without ceasing. So it's always good to renew our minds and instruct our minds to what is important. For Prayer it's keeping these verses in mind...

"Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints." Eph. 6:18

"Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known unto God." Philippians 4:6

"Pray without ceasing." 1 Thess. 5:17

I think the reason why most of us feel that praying without ceasing is something we are unable to do, is cuz we usually have rituals associated with prayer, either church, group, prayer closet etc.

But prayer truly is simply talking to God, bringing Him into every facet of our lives. When I think about it like this, praying without ceasing doesnt seem as unreachable of a goal after all
