fear issues and personal victories
Hello. Garfieldheart here :].
I know I have talked with some of you on Oasis before about things bothering me. I am glad for praying people here... thank you for your prayers. I am going to summer school right now, tough for me some but there are benefits. I start to have physical sensations , like my stomach might start bothering me or become short of breath, or some stuff else, but I am getting through it nonetheless. I feel I'm one who hates to be to aware of my breathing for a long period of time. But maybe a couple of big breaths in through the mouth and out may help matters. Actually I did take some air in through my mouth and I did get to a calmer level eventually in class. I was struggling a little on the bus back too. I think, however, that me singing, saying verses out loud or talking with a person nearby may helped... Well whatever it was, I did calm down more and next thing I know I hear a person asking me if " this was my bus stop" Got so distracted talking, I wasn't paying attention to the road.
I am supposed to go to counseling people pretty soon and I am hoping it turns out okay. I am not really worried so much about going there, but I want them to perhaps get to the root of the problem... I mean, I need to deal with some of the spiritual issue(s) I have. And well, tell y'all what; I feel kinda shy to talk about it. I have talked about spiritual issue(s ) I've had before, still am shy, and I don't know exactly what to do. If you would like to talk to me personally about the spiritual issue(s) I feel I have, don't be shy to send me a personal message.
