This morning I was listening to Joyce Meyers and it really struck a cord.
Many of us live in fear.
Isaiah 41:10 "Do not fear, for I am with you; Do not anxiously look about you, for I am your God. I will strengthen you, I will help you, Surely I will uphold you with My righteous right hand."

How do we get off the roller coaster of fear?
Study God's Word.
Prayer
Claim the verses (and there are many) that state not to fear but trust in God who loves you.
Read them over and over again if you have to. ( I have to)
"He will never leave you or forsake you "(Joshua 1:5b)

I can see how the enemy uses fear in so many lives (mine included) to stop Gods work.
speak Gods word and prayer. Amen The best weapons and defense we have in this battle.
