its always a challenge i think for us to change habits. We get used to it and miss it when it is not there. Instead of looking at it as failing that day or that meal.. maybe just PLAN on having something you really like a couple times a week. I think part of this is allowing yourself to have something you want and if you PLAN it, then you won't feel guilty and it will be all good!!!! Just my thoughts!! U r doing so awesome
