This forum is for those souls 18 years and older who are dealing with some type of addictive behavior whether it be from alcohol, drugs, overeating, fear, worry, sex, etc. Only with help and guidance from God can we ever hope to overcome these addictions. What is impossible for us to do IS POSSIBLE with God. Friends and family of those stricken with addictions are welcome to share as this problem affects more than just the soul entangled in its web.

Bren! I am SOOOO EXCITED for this program! One being, I've been on the weight loss roller-coaster most of my adult life. And Two, because it's much easier to be on the same wave-length with others who're going through the same thing.

The Lord has really been speaking to me about losing weight, and keeping it off.

The older we get, the harder it is to lose weight, but if we follow a sensible plan and His plan for us...the journey will be an easier one.

I would like to think that this time will help me be successful on my weight loss journey....Having Him involved in this weight-loss walk will only strengthen my daily walk with Him. It's a 100% "win-win" situation!
