1 Peter 2:5

"Ye also as living stones are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer spiritual sacrifices acceptable to God." Add also Romans 12:1. I ask for comments. How are we built into a spiritual house? What kind of house? How are we a holy priesthood? What are and how do we make spiritual sacrifices? Does any of this speak to the kind of worship and worshipers that God seeks?

I would like to add this to here....My bible says that....
1Cr 6:19 Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; 1Cr 6:20 you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body.
When I asked Jesus Christ into my life...My body became His home. Anything that harms my body...harms His. I am His temple. I sacrifice by not eatting things that I would like to eat that harms me. I am learning that the candy bar I want is not good for me....so I choose something else.
God ask tells us that....
Psa 27:5 For in the day of trouble he will keep me safe in his dwelling; he will hide me in the shelter of his tabernacle and set me high upon a rock.
Psa 27:6 Then my head will be exalted above the enemies who surround me; at his tabernacle will I sacrifice with shouts of joy; I will sing and make music to the LORD.
We are made in His image we are chosen. He has called us our of the darkness and into His light. When we trust Him....He makes our dark spots light.
1Pe 2:9 But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people belonging to God, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
Even in the hardest of times...He is there holding our hand
