Re: Journaling and Goals
Goals!! I don't want to hear "I don't set goals because I'll be disappointed when I don't meet it"
Indeed.
God is a God of order. Why should our lives be any different? To accomplish anything, one must first be clear on what it is that they want to accomplish. Its pretty hard to get somewhere when we haven't a clue of where we wanna be. Only then can we chart a course to get us there. Without a set goal... Confusion.
So what if we dont achieve 100% success at everything along the way? I dare anyone to find someone who has.
Failures are opportunities to see where we went wrong, to identify areas to work on, to become better and stronger. They are valuable assets if we would see them that way.
To have had the courage to take the step in the first place, regardless of outcome, is in itself a wonderful accomplishment. And as the saying goes...
If at first (or second or third or...) you dont suceed, try and try again.

Keeping track of what you are putting into yourself with help you learn about your eating habits
oh yeah. Its not enough to just write down what you eat. That's like having figures and not knowing how to process it into the information you need to get a job done.
Has anyone identified any eating habits that they feel is not consistent with achieving their goal?
