I learned in Stepping Stone #7 of the Christianity Christian Counseling program that I am to reject the lies of the devil that is the result of my problem with the truth which comes from God's word. I must choose to eject the lies of the devil by either words or actions of truth; God's word.

It's a great way of renewing the mind. I also learned that my body is the temple of God and that I am to present my body as a holy living sacrifice pleasing and acceptable to God because he alone bought me with a price. My body is not my own. What it all comes down to is the fact that daily I am to immediately eject any lies of the devil and supplement it with truth which comes from God's word.
