Hello Awesome O Family!!!

Our annual Oasis Christmas Festivities will run from Dec 19th to 25th in the chatroom starting at 8 PM (EST).

We are currently seeking dedicated, Spirit-filled souls to host some of these programs.

If you are interested in hosting a program and feel called to be a part of this blessed event, please let us know!!! Please note, no experience is required; ALL are welcome to serve, All that is required is a heart willing to serve our Lord.

For first time hosts who may be unsure as to how to prepare or host a chat program, we will work with you, provide guidance and if necessary do a practice run in chat prior to your scheduled time. We want to work together to ensure you feel comfy before your program but please remember, we are family!!! Let no one judge your willingness to serve. God knows heart

A Colorful Season
Ever notice how colorful Christmas decorations are? Let us look at the scriptural, sacred meaning of all the colors we see adorning homes, churches and more.

Keeping CHRISTmas
With so much focus on commercialism How do YOU keep Christ the focus of festivities?

No Room at the Inn
A look at the environment in which our Lord was born and what it meant then and what it means to us now.

Anna & Simeon
Waiting, daily, for the savior God promised. A look at patience and being always vigilant for the signs God promises.

Christmas Games
A Joyful time of Fun Family Fellowship focused on Christmas. The style of games played will be up to each host... pick one type or vary it throughout the hour... suggestions include: Multi Choice Trivia, Guess Who, Word Scramble, or make your own!!! This can be more than once, so please share, if you wish to host!

Songs of the Season
Hymns or Carols, a closer look at songs that mark the season.

Reading of Christ's Birth
Please Note: This should be BOTH Audio/typing as Not all are able to listen to a read message.

O Christmas Tree?
Do you decorate a tree? What adorns your tree?? When do you place your tree, take it down? This is NOT to be a debate but rather a discussion amoungst family.


Mary & Joseph
Can you imagine being gifted with the calling to care for God's Son! A discussion on what it might have been like for Jesus' earthly parents.

Spirit of Christmas
What does this season mean to you? A look at the Spirit of the Christmas Season.



Again, Christmas programing kicks off Wednesday, December 19 at 8 PM and concludes Christmas Day at 11 PM EST. Please reply to this forum post or PM me with your selected Program and Time/Day picked. The calendar will be filled as people respond... pick early!!! Also, if you have another program idea you wish to offer, please include a title and brief write up along with your time/day selection.
