Christianity Oasis Forum

Hosted by Saint 701 ... This forum is for the purpose of examining the subject of Grace and its great place in God's work in the body of Christ Jesus of which we are a part. "The Book of Romans" was chosen for the title since that book is so rich in Grace to us, but in no way is this forum limited in examining Grace to only the "Book of Romans."

Meeting Satan

Hello Christianity Oasis, All...
*AngelYellow*
Blessings!

Job.1
[6] Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the LORD, and Satan came also among them.
[7] And the LORD said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the LORD, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.

Mark.8
[33] But when he had turned about and looked on his disciples, he rebuked Peter, saying, Get thee behind me, Satan: for thou savourest not the things that be of God, but the things that be of men.

It was 2004. I had only been on my teaching assignment in Manama, Bahrain for a few weeks...I didn't have a car so I used my feet to get around. It was after school one day that I sat out in search of the Bank of China...for the life of me I can't remember why...nevertheless...off I went. And it wasn't long before I met up with a strange individual who offered his services to help me out. We sat down together in a nearby Dairy Queen and by and by he talked me out of 10 Bahrain Dollars as a fee. From then on I was "quote, " his friend.

Afterward I had many encounters with the man...it seemed that wherever I went there he was...now this guy was a handsome human specimen if ever there was one with a regal walk that was somewhat unnerving...FYI...Satan still goes to and fro and walks up and down the earth.

Love, In Christ Jesus, Saint701.
It is most certainly far better to die in faith believing, than it is to live in unbelief.
