Will You stand or........
Posted: Sun Nov 11, 2007 5:03 pmWhile sitting in church this morning our pastor stop the praise & worship because he felt lead to speak to us......I found out the some od the "T.V. Ministers" are under investagation over their non-profit organizations, it seems the goverment doesn't understand how a non-profit can own RollsRoyce, have a summer home in the islands etc. 
Then I heard that some goverment office is meeting to debate of all things evolution or creation! 
As my pastor said this morning, this means one thing to me...some people in high goverment places as well as some TV ministers are stating .." We don't want God "
Saints this makes me wonder, of those of us who call ourself christians...would we stand up for Jesus in a pinch? Those that followed Jesus, took His healing, soon turned away from Him in a pinch, because of fear, being a part of the crowd etc. it makes one take pause, would we really stand up for Jesus as He did us, would we take persuasion as he did, would we stand out ground in a pinch, will we say it loud, say it proud? as I listen to this message this morning i searched my own heart, how many times have I seen someone not so clean, or someone who just needed comfort and I though " oh, so-n-so will help them and went on my way! Yes , my brothers and sisters, Jesus is coming and soon, one just need to look around, ministers lining their pockets instead of the hearts of men, our goverment founded on the word of God, trying to shut God out, and sadly trying to teach our children that Jesus was a man in a story. My heart breaks with this
....I search my heart and ask God to forgive me for taking Him for granted...every breath I take is from God!!!!
So will you stand ...no matter what the problem, the pain, the heartbreak, when told we can't worship our Lord....or will you worship in private away from man eyes? I want to shout it Loud, shout it Proud...Jesus Christ died for me, so that I may have Life and He is the King of Kings and Lord of Lords, in Him do I trust forever and ever Amen.
